Refund and Returns Policy

At Rabika, we always try our best to provide you with good-quality clothing and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery.

If more than 10 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must not have any perfume, scent, stains, wash marks, damage, or signs of use.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging wherever possible.

Rabika reserves the right to reject any return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or altered kurtis

  • Products damaged due to customer handling, washing, or misuse

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you through email or message regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method, such as bank account, card, or UPI.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank details in order to process the refund amount.

Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

  • You received the wrong item
